A Vizier-Mage for the Dwarven Forge Court, a rank supreme in Dun Falas, Karoum is a imperious figure in the body politic. With dark skin that is in contrast with his gilded and bejeweled robes of office, Karoum bustles and meddles often in the town, enjoying his position of power.
Popular locally elected leader Gatekeep plays often to his primary support base in Dun Falas, the mining guild. A charasmatic but uninspiring figure, many consider him a patsy and figurehead for the union to control.
With long green hair and beard, Valmon leads the Liaden tribe in Barhithtaur. Centuries of hurt and struggle have fostered his distrust of those outside his tribe, whom he often speaks to brusquely. Valmon is never often without his wife Namys, whose purple eyes are deep pools reflecting the torturous predictions of doom she is prone too.
